With Halloween approaching, this is a perfect time to talk about the real hauntings that affect many of us. The ghosts that stop us from living the lives we were meant to.
The ghosts I'm talking about our thoughts and our core negative beliefs.
"The storehouse of my mind is now cleared of all negative, limiting, non-productive thoughts, beliefs and memories. As the storehouse clears, it fills only with thoughts and beliefs that are from Love, Light and Truth.
In every moment, negative thoughts and beliefs now bounce off the force field of my mind and dissipate harmlessly into the ether.
Everything I do is for the good of all mankind and all life on Planet Earth.
Every day, in every way, I am better, better and better. I am divinely guided, directed and protected.

Not a free gift but a reminder! What about prayer? I am a BIG believer in prayer because I know that when we remember that we are a part of something MUCH greater than we are, then we are empowered with that energy AND we also know that we are never alone.
So, I would add prayer to your "ghost buster" equation and remember that ALLTHINGS ARE POSSIBLE.
Or, as Joey Reiman (author of "Thinking for a Living,") says, "Without God you don't have a prayer."
