Meet Oregon! And His Angel Dave. A Happy Story.
One of the happy endings to this sad disposal of domestic animals is the cat Oregon.
Oregon, like Boots, appeared on a very rainy night. His cries were haunting, they were so filled with terror.
It rained almost the entire night, and Oregon went from door to door in the neighborhood begging for someone - anyone - to help him.
His eyes reflected his confusion - what did he do so wrong that his owners would just dump him in the rain?
Within a couple days Oregon knew alot of people on the block, and out of that quest appeared the one angel that would help. Dave.
Dave owns a botique (and very cool) beach motel on the block, and when Oregon kept going from door to door, Dave adopted him!
Since he had no name, he was named "Oregon" because that is the street we live on.
Today, you can see that Oregon is healthy, happy, and his confidence level is flat out amazing.
Personally, I think he could be the next Garfield or Morris the Cat!
If you've got room in your home, there are many openings for animal angels, like Dave. Do it! It will fill your heart.

Today, when I peeked inside the book at Amazon, I knew I had to read it. This book, I believe, offers all of us some deeper insights into the toxic nature of our beliefs and thoughts, and promises to help us clean out our most precious storage unit: our mind.
I just ordered this myself. I get so many promo emails to buy stuff like this, but when I went and checked it out, I knew I had to order this one.
Years ago, when I wrote my workbook "Thought by Thought," I realized that in my own life, my thoughts and beliefs were driving my life choices.
One day I took inventory of my thoughts and wrote them down. I also wore a rubber band around my wrist and every time I had a negative thought, I'd snap it. At the end of the day, my wrist hurt big time and my mind felt like a "toxic waste dump."
How could that be? I'd worked SO diligently on keeping positive, doing constant meditation, focusing on the beauty in life. How could I have all these seemingly random low vibrational thoughts?
So, even before I get the book, I wanted to share it with you. Right now, every thought we have not only impacts our lives, it impacts the entire quantum pool.

I Need Your Help With a Dream of Mine Another Personal Story

If I were to win the lotto, I'd find a sprawling property in a rural envioronment, surrounded by beautiful nature and I'd help every single animal I could: cats, dogs, gerbils, donkeys, birds ... any animal that had been abandoned and needed to believe that humans could be worthy of trusting again.
Until that sanctuary becomes a reality, I do what I can. And here's where I need your help. Above is a beautiful kitty we've named "boots" because of his white and black paws. (see photo below.)
Boots, like many other previously loved cats, was dropped in our beach neighborhood a month ago, along with many other cats. You can tell they've been in homes previously, because they're beautiful and well groomed. At least when they're first dropped off.
These abandoned animals are frightened. Correction: they are terrified! I can hear them crying at night when the rains come and they don't know where to go.
We guess that in our area alone there are probably at least 50+ strays -- the majority them just "dumped" like garbage.
Boots found his way to my door one very cold night, so I fed him. He wants so badly to come inside, but my cat Ninja is 17 and we live in a very tiny place - and she's not having it.
So here's where I need your help. My guess is that Boots is less than one year old. He would adapt well to anyone who would love him. He is a talker -- and he is clearly a very loving cat.
He needs a home! Where he can come inside, learn to trust again and be warm when the rains come.
Will you help? I'm in SE Florida, so nearby would be best, but if you're somewhere else, we'll figure it out. Just let me know and we'll make it happen somehow.
Boots has been coming to me in my dreams for the past month. We have a psychic connection of some kind. I know in my heart that Boots is not destined to be a street cat - and I doubt he will live to be a year old if he is not rescued.
So that's my request. I am sending it to you and to my angels.
