I awoke at 5 a.m. - early for me.  I read, listened to classical music, wrote in my new journal, and tried to meditate.  But my mind was filled with too many "movies" and I couldn't find the quiet place.  Just after sunrise, I took a walk along the beach and really worked on staying in  the "now."

 

It IS work to stay "in the now," but I think for each of us that is more
important than it ever was before.  As I walked along the beach, I marveled  at the beauty of the ocean's waves, which to me carry the promise that in every moment there is renewal.  While the world is going through a Spiritual Restructure, Mother Nature continues to offer beautiful skies, glorious ocean waves, the fabulous sun and a new cloud painting every day. 

I asked the waves for guidance. 

 

And the waves answered, "Just keep being who you were meant to be.  Keep coming to shore, and remember the Truth of who you are --a Divine Being with Infinite Possibility."
 
I witness what is happening in the world, and I look for the
opportunities hidden in the chaos.  There are many.

First, I believe more of the human race will seek a deeper spiritual place. 

Why?  Because the world of logic is becoming far too painful.  The Dark Night of the Soul has long been a precurser to a deeper spiritual understanding.  It is part of the spiritual path.

Next, I see that the Human Spirit is going to show up in beautiful ways.  Helping others, going back to basics, adapting to dramatic lifestyle changes. You can take away a person's job, house, car, and bank account.  But you cannot  take away the Human Spirit. 

That is our Divine Birthright - and we are the stewards of it.  I see that many humans may become more fully alive than they have ever been.
